How it works

  1. Setup: I configure the CRM Hygiene Agent to connect with your email system, LinkedIn account, and calendar applications to access contact data across all platforms.
  2. Scanning: The agent automatically scans your CRM database every week to identify duplicate entries by comparing names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company information.
  3. Deduplication: When duplicates are found, the system merges the records by keeping the most recent and complete information while removing redundant entries.
  4. Verification: The agent cross-references contact details with your email interactions, LinkedIn connections, and calendar meetings to verify which contacts are still active and relevant.
  5. Updates: Outdated information is automatically updated using the latest data from your integrated platforms, including job titles, company changes, and contact details.
  6. Reporting: You receive a weekly email summary showing how many duplicates were removed, contacts updated, and any records that need manual review.
