  2. Extraction: Using natural language processing, the system extracts task-related information from various sources, identifying key details like task descriptions, dates, priorities, and contextual clues.
  3. Analysis: The context analysis tool examines each identified task to understand its relationship to calendar events, deadlines, and other commitments in your schedule.
  4. Creation: The system automatically creates tasks in your centralized task manager, applying intelligent deadline assignment based on context (such as setting meeting preparation tasks to be due one hour before scheduled events).
  5. Synchronization: All tasks from different sources are consolidated into one unified system, eliminating the need to check multiple applications and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  6. Notification: The agent sends email alerts for important deadlines and task updates, keeping you informed about your consolidated task list and upcoming priorities.
